Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Please refer to the Shipping and Returns page!

How much are the shipping costs?

This depends on where you are located. As I am a one-woman business, there will always be shipping costs, please consider this as I’m not a mass production company. The products provided and made by myself take time & effort, as these are handmade. Therefore I also work with third-party companies that do print on demand, they will have their own shipping costs. Which they will calculate for you during the checkout.

Where is my order? When will my order ship?

Once your payment has gone through, you will receive a confirmation email. In the meantime, I or the third company will be busy dusting and prepping your order. You will get a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, usually within 2-3 business days depending on who is prepping your order.

The shipping of the products that are handmade by Isabeau Tseng, within the Netherlands takes up to 3-5 business days. International shipping takes up to 5-10 business days. Please note that these are estimated times and that we'll always aim to process your order as quickly as possible. Delays can sometimes happen with carriers and this is out of our control.

Are your products ordered to be made?

Currently, I work with print-on-demand & darkroom for my products. I have made posters in the past. Such as Riso prints, Inkjet prints, and Screenprinting prints. These wills soon be up on the website as well, these are not made to order but are only available in certain quantity. Once sold out, they won’t be likely to come back!

Can I return my order?

Due to the small nature of the shop and the limited quantities of each product, I currently do not accept returns on any products sold. Please carefully review the product description, sizes, and colors and email any questions before making a final purchase.

However, if you have received a product that is different from your proof of purchase, you are eligible for a refund or exchange. Please note that your proof of purchase must indicate clearly that the item you received is different from the one you ordered.

Do you accept custom orders or wholesalers?

I am always open to a creative challenge! Email me here and I will get to you as soon as possible!

Why are some prints cheaper than others?

This depends on the technique they are printed with, and this depends on the cost of making the item, some print techniques are more expensive than others as well as the paper that is used.

I also have a few prints available with minor faults, to stimulate imperfect prints. But of course for a cheaper price as it’s more ‘imperfect’.
